Melissa Billington (Medea Redux by Neil Labute)

Melissa was born in the South and raised in the North of the eastern U.S. She has always loved words and so she got into theatre and film in her teens. After a theatre degree from Cornell University, she did design/construction and acting in New York City before her 'OE' to India, the Caribbean and now New Zealand.
Melissa lives in Wellington and owns/directs MYOGA at Powa Centre where she applies her acting training to empowering people to inhabit and evolve themselves on all levels.
Melissa was recently seen in Theatrecomrades' production of The Vagina Monologues. She is pleased to be returning and thanks Sally for keeping her acting muscles alive and for introducing her to lovely Hawke's Bay.
